Hi, I'm Dave Holt and welcome to my Mississauga, Oakville and Milton Ontario Real Estate web site. Mississauga, Oakville and Milton are busy, growing cities located in the GTA area of Southern Ontario. The city of Mississauga was created in 1974 and is now the 6th largest city in Canada with a population of 729,000 residents representing cultures from all around the world!

Mississauga is home to Canada's largest and busiest airport- Pearson International (YYZ) servicing 32 million passengers on their way thru to various cities throughout the world!

Mississauga has been recognized as the safest city in Canada 8 years in a row and boasts wide open spaces, family oriented sports, arts and leisure facilities and of course Her Worship- our Mayor- Hazel McCallion!

The town of Oakville is also part of the GTA and located west of Mississauga with a  projected population of 184,000 people by the end of 2011. In 1962 the Villages of Oakville, Bronte, Palermo and remaining Trafalgar Township merged together to form the new town of Oakville. Oakville is considered to be one of the wealthiest communities in Canada in terms of earnings per capita and people living here are very proud of the quality of life that Oakville has to offer

The town of Milton is also located west of Mississauga and situated at the base of the scenic Niagara Escarpment, Milton is one of four communities that comprise the Region of Halton. With a population of 80,000 Milton is billed as the fastest growing community in Canada. Also known as "Escarpment country", Milton offers easy access to all major highways and is within an hours drive of Toronto and a short drive to Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton.

The housing boom in Milton has been extraordinary and has been anchored by the development of Hawthorne Village which has been the best selling community in the GTA for the past 5 years. Area features include a wealth of parks, trails, outdoor year-round sports activities, history, culture and farm-fresh outdoor fun.
