Churchill Meadows in Mississauga is located in the northwest area of Mississauga and is bounded to the north by Britannia Rd, Winston Churchill Blvd to the east, Ninth Line to the west and Eglinton Ave to the south.  

The vacant farmland (woodlot) bordering the east side of Tenth Line, Thomas St and the Oscar Peterson extension will likely be developed with plans to build 178 detached homes, 264 semi detached and 44 Condo Townhomes together with a community park. Argo Park developments (Land owner) has applied to the City of Mississauga to change the zoning to allow this type of development and density. (If you look closely you'll see the old farmhouse has now been demolished as evidenced by the crane, bulldozer and disposal bins) 

Proposals to develop the Northeast corner of Eglinton and Winston Churchill Blvd have been submitted by Great Gulf and Daniels Corp. Great Gulf plans to build 3- 4 storey low rise condominiums (3015 Eglinton Ave) and Daniels plans to build 20 street townhouses, 30 stacked condo townhomes and 83 2 storey townhomes (5118 Winston Churchill Blvd).
