Daniels next  “First Home” community is comprised of 157 units known as "First Home Eglinton West" This complex is located on the northeast corner of Eglinton Ave W and Oscar Peterson Blvd and includes 5005, 5035 and 5055 Oscar Peterson Blvd.

Daniels third “First Home” community is comprised of 130 units known as “First Home Destination Dr” This complex is located on the northwest corner of Winston Churchill Blvd and Destination Blvd. This was followed by "First Home Destination Dr Phase 2"  comprised of 148 units including 3 – 4 storey Condo buildings in addition to 1 and 2 storey Condo Townhomes. Units in both these complexes include 3015 and 3025 Destination Blvd, 3010, 3020, 3030 and 3050 Erin Centre Blvd and 5100, 5150 and 5170 Winston Churchill Blvd

Daniels newest “First Home” community is known as “First Home Long Valley” and is located on the northwest corner of Thomas St and Winston Churchill Blvd. Again this complex includes a mix of 4 storey Condo Apartment buildings, 1 and 2 storey Condo Townhomes. Phase ONE of Long Valley went on sale mid September and sold out in one day- evidence of how successful Daniel's First Home program is and the demand to live in the Churchill Meadows!
