Having owned several rental properties during the past 25 years I know first hand the importance of having a good Tenant. I also know that it's just as important for a Tenant to have a good Landlord. A good Landlord needs a good Tenant and a good Tenant needs a good Landlord- a "win win" situation for both parties! I'm quite familiar with Rental Tenancies Act and they're there in the best interests of both parties.
Landlords please note- A Tenant that's interested in leasing your Home or Condo must provide the following documents;
- Agreement/Offer to Lease
- Rental Application
- up to date credit report from Equifax (select Credit score report)
- current letter of employment
