Buyer Representation Agreement

Once the Buyer and Agent decide they’d like to work together they sign the Buyer Representation Agreement (B.R.A.) which formalizes the working relationship by identifying both parties names and addresses, defines the area of search, time frame for the search, commission agreement and different types of Representation. You should receive a copy of the B.R.A. once it’s signed and this is your commitment to your Agent and their commitment to you. The B.R.A. is legally binding upon both parties.
